Our Story

Okay Afrika based in Ghana, was started by two women from the UK who came to Ghana four years ago. Because of their passion for property and interior design they started to look for land to build their home. By chance they were given an invitation by a friend to visit the Eastern Region, where they discovered a stunning piece of land and was memorised by its tranquil, lush green valleys. The more time they spent there the more they loved it. After a while they made the decision to extend their vision to building a gated community because they knew without a doubt that many others would love an opportunity to live in such a beautiful spot. That is when the vision for Moriyah Hills, Mountain View Estate came into being. Through their experience with trades people, Okay Afrika have assembled a great team of builders, architects and tradespeople to support them in creating a mountain view eco-friendly gated community and are now ready to offer buyers beautiful, quality homes set in a stunning and peaceful location in the Eastern Region.
